Methods to Check Jazz Package

1. Via Jazz World App (Recommended)

The Jazz World App is the most convenient way to check your current package details and usage.

Steps:

1. Download and install the Jazz World App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the app and sign in using your Jazz number.
3. The home screen will display your:
   • Current packages
   • Remaining minutes, MBs, and SMS
   • Expiry date of the package
4. Tap on “My Packages” for more detailed information.

Tip: The app also allows you to subscribe/unsubscribe from packages, recharge balance, and get exclusive offers.

2. Using USSD Code

For those without internet access, USSD codes offer a quick offline way to check packages.

General Code to Check Subscribed Packages:

• Dial *444#
• You’ll receive a menu with package options. Follow the prompts to check your current subscriptions.

Specific Package Checks:

• Internet Packages: Dial *2# after *444#
• Call Packages: Dial *3# after *444#
